About Outfox
In the early 2000′s, Outfox Founder Ed Tatro learned about the lack of professional business management software for the hospitality industry. He developed the Outfox platform to help businesses who buy and prepare food for a living do so in a way that is more manageable and more profitable.
Outfox has developed four key principles to help hospitality businesses improve their operations:
- Hospitality companies need to know the price of the item before purchasing.
- Single sourcing, while convenient eliminates opportunities associated with competitive pricing and market dislocations.
- No single supplier has a lock on lowest price.
